What's included in your price?
Everything needed to finish the job: moving your furniture, tearing out the old floor, installing the new one and disposing of the old material. You get one upfront price with no haggling, no hidden charges and no bait-and-switch. If the subfloor needs repair or leveling, we tell you during the estimate and include it before the price is final.
What types of flooring do you install?
Luxury vinyl plank, carpet, laminate and tile. Luxury vinyl plank is what we recommend most often for kitchens, baths and main living areas in Hampton Roads homes, because a waterproof core handles humidity and spills well. Carpet is still our favorite for bedrooms.
Are you the cheapest flooring company around?

What warranties come with a new floor?
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which runs up to 30 years and beyond on select products; builder-grade lines carry shorter coverage. Our labor is backed by a lifetime warranty on qualifying installations. We'll show you exactly what applies to the floor you choose before you sign.
What is the 8-lb pad upgrade?
Every carpet installation includes an upgrade to an 8-lb pad at no extra charge. A denser pad supports the carpet better, so it holds its shape longer and feels more solid underfoot.

Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Poquoson, Smithfield, Carrollton and Gloucester Point. Our showroom is at 2811 Lafayette Blvd in Norfolk, and in-home estimates run Monday to Friday 8 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 2.
